HANA 2022 Conference
“Getting Ready for CPC Assessment”

HANA adheres to all federal guidelines and Hawaii state Safe Oahu Response Plan.
Guidelines may affect seating limitations.
Currently, HANA requires

1. All attendees to the 2022 Conference MUST show proof of full vaccination against
   COVID-19, with the second shot be at least 14 days prior to March 3 rd , 2022.
2. All attendees must wear face mask in door.
   HANA will not be providing masks because of personal preferences, skin sensitivities, or
   respiratory conditions and comfort. HANA will provide hand sanitizers to attendees.
   HANA is limiting the classroom seating to maintain six-foot apart social distancing. HANA will
   notify all attendees should there be changes that affect classroom seating or if the in-person
   conferences must be canceled due to travel and social gathering restrictions.
