HANA has negotiated a block of room with special rates for March 3 – 5, 2022. The rooms are subject to availability, please call early to make reservation. Once the room block in sold out, HANA rates may not be available for attendees.
Run-of-Ocean rooms include Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, Diamond Head Ocean View and Premier Ocean Front rooms. Category assignment will not be known until the day of arrival and will be dependent on the availability in each category on arrival day.

Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 4.712% of General Excise Tax, as well as the current 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax) in effect at the time of check-out. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Room rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

CUT-OFF DATE:
The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00pm local time (HST) at Hotel on 30 days prior to Arrival, January 31, 2022 (the “Cut-Off Date”).
PARKING
Self parking is $20.00 (discounted) per vehicle, per day and Valet parking is $40.00 (discounted) per vehicle, per day. Parking will only be billed as used. Rates are subject to change without notice.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Additional person charge for 3rd and 4th adult is $100.00 + tax, per person, per day.
Rollaways, are at $100.00 + 4.712% tax.
Children 17 and under stay for free with existing bedding only.
No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly state.

PORTERAGE:
Organized group pays a mandatory porterage charge of $9.95 inclusive (+4.712% General Excise Tax) per person.
RESORT FEE:
A non-commissionable daily resort fee of $20.00 (discounted) + currently 4.712% of General Excise Tax, as well as the current 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax, per room, per night in effect at the time of check in. The fee will cover several amenities, e.g., wireless high speed internet access in guest rooms and throughout the resort, bottled water, fitness center, Go X Electric Scooters credit, Honolulu Museum of art 2 passes, in-room coffee, daily local newspaper, spa service credit, surfboard storage, tennis courts, etc.
