Bio:

       Beth Ann Clayton, DNP, CRNA, FAAN, is the Program Director for the University of Cincinnati Nurse Anesthesia Program. She specializes in obstetric and neuraxial anesthesia. She was a primary contributor to the AANA Practice Guidelines: Analgesia and Anesthesia for the Obstetric Patient. She is a Fellow to the American Academy of Nursing and served on the Joint Commission Perinatal Safety Standards Review Panel, National Quality Forum Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Committee and the Council on Patient Safety in Women’s Health. She is a faculty member for the AANA Spinal/Epidural Workshop, a member of the AANA Foundation Malpractice Closed Claims Research Committee and AANA Foundation COVID-19 Research Committee.
