Your HANA CRNA representatives, Melissa Alsbergas, JoAnn LeDoux, and Pamela
Brasher were representing our state at AANA’s Midyear Assembly! They met with our state and federal legislators to advocate for our profession, including Senator Mazie Hirono and Senator Brian Schatz!

The AANA also hosted a CRNA-PAC disco night event! The CRNA-PAC is essential in lobbying and advocating for our CRNA profession, both on the state and federal levels; this is why we have the freedom of practice. The PAC dollars are spent to reinforce or maintain these practice privileges. Please note that HANA does not financially support members’ attendance at PAC events.
